1. Our commitment

ParentRecall is a private memory aid that helps a parent or carer remember the names and faces of the people around their child — classmates, other parents and coaches. We are committed to keeping children safe. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and we comply with applicable child-safety laws and with Google Play’s child-safety standards.

2. How ParentRecall protects children by design

3. Who ParentRecall is for

ParentRecall is intended for adults (parents and carers, aged 18 or over) to keep a private memory aid for themselves. It is not a social network and is not directed to, or intended to be used independently by, children. Information about a child is entered by their own parent or carer.

4. Reporting a child-safety concern

If you have any concern about the safety of a child in connection with ParentRecall, or believe the service is being misused, please report it immediately. You can use the Report abuse option inside the app, or email [email protected]. Please include as much detail as you safely can. We treat child-safety reports as our highest priority.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
